Tracking error ex-post (%) The ex-post tracking error is defined as the volatility of the fund's achieved excess return over the index return. In fund management, most managers are subject to an ex-ante (pre-determined) tracking error, which defines the extent of the additional risk they may take when aspiring to outperform the fund's benchmark. The ex-post tracking error explains the distribution of past fund performances compared to those of its underlying benchmark. With a higher tracking error, the fund's returns deviate more from its index's returns, hence there is a greater chance that the fund may outperform. The wider the spread of returns relative to the benchmark, the more "actively" a fund has been managed. In contrast, a low tracking error indicates more "passive" management.	4.59	4.30
Informatieratio This ratio serves to evaluate the quality of the excess return a fund manager has achieved because it takes the active risk involved into account. The information ratio is defined as the excess return over the benchmark return divided by the fund's tracking error. The higher the information ratio, the better. Sharpe-ratio This ratio measures the risk-adjusted performance and allows the performance quality of different investments to be compared. Fiscale behandeling product

The fund is established in Luxembourg and is subject to the Luxembourg tax laws and regulations. The fund is not liable to pay any corporation, income, dividend or capital gains tax in Luxembourg. The fund is subject to an annual subscription tax ('tax d'abonnement') in Luxembourg, which amounts to 0.05% of the net asset value of the fund. This tax is included in the net asset value of the fund. The fund can in principle use the Luxembourg treaty network to partially recover any withholding tax on its income.

The fiscal consequences of investing in this fund depend on the investor's personal situation. For private investors in the Netherlands real interest and dividend income or capital gains received on their investments are not relevant for tax purposes. July was a volatile month, with the market's strongest performers – particularly AI and semiconductor stocks – coming under pressure. Despite the turbulence, markets ended broadly flat (-0.1% in EUR, +0.5% in USD). Strong earnings and continued AI investment plans, with hyperscalers expected to spend nearly USD 800 billion in 2026, reassured investors that the AI buildout remains intact. However, markets are becoming more selective, demanding tangible returns rather than future promises. Rising US Treasury yields have reinforced expectations of earlier Fed tightening, while renewed tensions around the Strait of Hormuz pushed oil prices higher. Even so, improving consumer confidence provided some support. Overall, July was a reminder of how quickly market leadership can shift, reinforcing the value of maintaining a balanced and diversified portfolio.

Based on transaction prices, the fund's return was 2.16%. In July, the fund outperformed the MSCI World Index, driven by strong stock selection in information technology, financials, and industrials. A balanced exposure to AI-related hardware companies proved beneficial. Microsoft was the largest contributor after reporting strong earnings, with accelerating Azure growth and increasing AI monetization easing concerns over AI investment returns. Thermo Fisher Scientific also performed well following better-than-expected quarterly results and a recovery in its Analytical Instruments business. Mastercard benefited from strong earnings and renewed investor interest in high-quality defensive growth companies. Relative performance also gained from not holding Micron, Tesla, and Intel. The main detractors were within the AI hardware complex. Applied Materials declined during the sector-wide AI sell-off despite no company-specific news, although shares recovered toward month-end. AstraZeneca also detracted following clinical setbacks that outweighed an otherwise solid quarterly performance.

The economic backdrop remains mixed, with restrictive monetary policy and uncertainty around interest rates. However, corporate earnings remain strong, supported by resilient economic activity, fiscal support, and continued AI investment. While this should underpin markets, elevated valuations leave little room for disappointment, making markets vulnerable to setbacks in geopolitics, growth, or central bank policy. We expect earnings growth to broaden beyond mega-cap technology, creating opportunities across sectors. Our focus remains on companies with strong competitive positions, resilient cash flows, and sustainable growth drivers. The portfolio continues to balance structural growth opportunities with high-quality, resilient businesses, while selectively adding attractively valued companies with strong long-term fundamentals and maintaining valuation discipline in the most expensive areas of the market.
