Employee Support Groups
As part of its commitment to diversity, equal opportunities and inclusivity, Robeco wants to ensure that every employee feels welcomed and included in our organization.
To achieve this, Robeco acknowledges the need for members of minority groups to get connected and receive support. Therefore, it actively promotes Employee Support Groups for such groups within the organization.
The Employee Support Groups aim to:
Provide a safe environment for members of minority groups within Robeco and develop activities for members of such minority groups to connect and share experiences;
Constructively challenge and provide ideas/insights to the DE&I committee and management, to create an inclusive and equal work environment, especially for the members of the minority group they support;
Organize activities for minority groups to connect with the wider organization on issues that are of relevance in creating an inclusive work environment, especially for the minority group they represent.
Robeco supports all minority groups in setting up an Employee Support Group. We currently aim to set up an Employee Support Group for the following groups: LBGTQ+, Women, People of color, People with a non-western background, Young people (<30).
