Employee Resource Groups

As part of its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, Robeco wants to ensure that every employee feels at home, safe and included in our organization.

To achieve this, Robeco acknowledges the need for members of minority groups to get connected and receive support. Therefore, it actively promotes Employee Resource Groups within the organization.

The Employee Resource Groups aim to:

  • Provide a safe, relatable environment for members of minority groups within Robeco;

  • Organize activities and events on issues that are of relevance in creating an inclusive work environment, for all global employees to connect, share experiences and enhance knowledge;

  • Constructively challenge and provide ideas/insights to the DE&I Board and management, to create an inclusive and equal work environment, especially for the members of the minority group they support;

We currently have four Employee Resource Groups: PRISMA (LBGTQ+ community), Gender Equality Alliance (women), EDGE (cultural and ethnic diversity) and Ro-Next (young professionals <35).
