Annualized yield is calculated with the following formula: (Dividend payout per share / Net Asset Value (NAV) per share on the last business day of the previous month the dividend was paid in) x number of distributions per year x 100%. Positive distribution yield does not imply a positive return. The yield figure is for reference only.

Investors holding accumulation shares of a Sub-fund will not receive any distributions. Instead, the income due to them will be automatically reinvested and added to the relevant Sub-fund and will thus contribute to a further increase in the value of the total net assets.

Certain Sub-funds promote environmental and/or social characteristics within the meaning of Article 6 or Article 8 of the EU Regulation on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial sector. For avoidance of doubt, these Sub-funds do not constitute a green/ESG fund pursuant to the Circular to management companies of SFC-authorized unit trusts and mutual funds – ESG funds issued by the SFC on 29 June 2021 (as amended from time to time).
