The Active Ownership department’s activities include maintaining an active dialogue with the companies in which Robeco invests on issues in the field of environmental risk management, human rights and broader sustainability performance. The department also exercises voting rights worldwide on stocks in investment funds managed by Robeco.
The Active Ownership department has a vacancy for a motivated intern, who has an affinity with sustainable investing and corporate social responsibility. During this internship you will contribute with desk research and support during conference calls, which form an important part of Robeco’s engagement program.
Our research focuses on financially material ESG issues such as environment risk management, human rights in the supply chain and corporate governance. The work entails a mix of shorter and longer research projects, including editing reports and preparing events, and presentations in support of the engagement specialists.
The Active Ownership department has a new vacancy for an intern, starting on February 1, 2020. The duration of the internship is six months and is a full-time position.
Enrollment in university is required on the first day of the internship for this position. We can only recruit EU-citizens or non-EU citizens studying at a Dutch university. We are looking for an ambitious student in the last phase of their Master program who has strong affinity with sustainability and corporate social responsibility topics. We select candidates based on ability to show independent thinking, conducting advanced research and outstanding English writing skills.
