Robeco is currently recruiting for an HR internship Aging Policy in Rotterdam at Robeco's headquarter. Robeco is an active responsible investor and committed signatory to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment since 2006.
Global Human Resources (GHR) is responsible for Robeco's people strategy and coaching, challenging and advising (senior) management on all HR related matters with a "coach the coach" principle. As a change expert GHR also advises the business in organizational change. There are four teams: HR Servicedesk, HR Compensation & Benefits, HR Learning & Development and HR Advisory.
In order to contribute to the vision on sustainable aging policy, Robeco is looking for an trainee who wants to investigate this by means of empirical literature research and interviews with those directly involved. The trainee is challenged to address the case from multiple perspectives, such as conditions of employment, politics, employer, managers and employees themselves.
You will be supported and coached by a Robeco HR business partner during your internship.
The candidate is an academic student behavioral sciences or human resources and is fluent in Dutch and English.
