Client Services, part of the Client & Investment Services department, situated in Rotterdam and Hong Kong is assisting our global sales and account management network to serve Robeco’ s existing clients. Client Services is providing a high level of service to clients with the goal of creating high quality, trust-based relationships and increasing client satisfaction. Client Services is responding to a constant flow of queries, requests for ad-hoc information and solving problems on behalf of our clients while ensuring that all activities of the firm are in line with commitments, Investment Guidelines, Compliance/Regulatory requirements and in compliance with our control frame work.
The Client Service Manager is primarily responsible to service the client’s needs by phone, mail, personal contact and/or together with the Relation/Sales Managers. We expect the Client Service Manager to really add value in the chain between the client and Robeco and therefore need a self-confident and strong sparring partner for our clients and stakeholders.
