Full-service concept

If a client would like to vote for a specific fund, Robeco will take care of the full set up of the proxy voting system in such way that the voting can start as soon as desired. Robeco can arrange to vote via a specific tailor made voting policy if a client requests this for a discretionary mandates.  Robeco takes care of all requirements that are requested to execute a vote, such as the application procedure of Power of Attorneys in specific markets and the special proxy card procedure in France. Robeco makes sure this process is managed properly. A specific voting report is part of Robeco’s full service voting and engagement concept.
