Robeco’s strategic ambition is to become a responsible investor and to incorporate responsible approaches into its own operational management. Robeco can only be successful if its employees are involved with and feel committed to the ambitions and core values of our company. We recognize that people are key in realizing our company goals. The ambitions, targets and concrete measures defined in this policy are based on this basic assumption.
Targets and measures
The ambitions per social subject are translated into concrete material targets that can be achieved when implementing the associated measures. The sequence of ambitions is in order of priority, starting with the most important ambition. All measures in this policy can be implemented at non-material costs.
Ambitions and goals
Robeco’s long-term ambitions and goals on corporate responsibility are in line with our responsible-investing strategy defined in the “Robeco Group Corporate Responsibility Charter”. The Social Policy is a more detailed view of the social ambitions and goals identified in this charter. Together with Robeco’s Environmental Policy, this forms the basis for corporate responsibility in operational management for Robeco and all its entities.
