Roderick Munsters

Chief Executive Officer

Robeco’s CEO since September 2009. 2005 – 2009: member of the board and chief investment officer of APG All Pensions Group. 1997 – 2005: member of the main board (Investments) of PGGM. 1989 – 1997: range of positions at NV Interpolis, including portfolio manager. Since 2005: member of the Capital Market Committee of the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). 2006 – 2009: chairman of Eumedion, the Dutch corporate-governance forum. Graduated from the University of Tilburg in 1988 in Business Economics (Corporate Finance) and in Financial Economics in 1992.

Leni Boeren

Chief Operating Officer

Member of the Management Board since January 2005. 2000 – 2003: executive director of marketing and member of the Executive Committee. 2003: managing director of information services and member of the Operational Committee of Euronext N.V.. Previously: director of marketing with Amsterdam Exchanges N.V.. 1984 – 1987: various positions within the Rabobank Group including head of product management securities at Robeco. Graduated in Business Administration (Strategic Management and Marketing Management) from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 1998.

Hester Borrie

Head of Sales & Marketing

Member of the Management Board since October 2009. 1998 – 2009: various sales positions at Morgan Stanley Investment Management; ultimately managing director. Previously: corporate finance and capital markets associate with MeesPierson. Graduated in Economics from the University of Amsterdam in 1994.

Constant Korthout

Chief Financial Officer

CFO since January 2002. Responsible for financials, risk management, corporate development, and fiscal and legal affairs. 1998 – 2001: managing director at Weiss, Peck & Greer on behalf of Robeco. 1992 – 1998: group controller at Robeco. 1990 – 1992: organizational advisor in KPMG’s Financial Management Advisory Group. 1985 – 1990: account manager for Business Relations at ABN Bank. Graduated in Business Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 1985.

Hans Rademaker

Head of Mainstream Investments

Member of the Management Board since February 2010. 2005 – 2009: director of fiduciary management at Kempen Capital Management. Previously: range of positions at Mn Services, including chief investment officer. Also involved in launch of Transtrend (now part of the Robeco Group), having started career at Van Lanschot Bankiers. Graduated in 1987 from the University of Tilburg with a degree in Econometrics.
