Erik Breen appointed to the ICGN Board of Governors
Erik Breen, Head of Responsble Investing Robeco, has been appointed to the Board of Governors of the ICGN’s at the organization’s Annual General Meeting.
Erik Breen, Head of Responsble Investing Robeco, has been appointed to the Board of Governors of the ICGN’s at the organization’s Annual General Meeting. ICGN is a not for profit membership organization founded to promote cross-border exchange of information and experience, advocacy for reform and development of best practices in corporate governance. It has over 500 members based in around 50 countries worldwide, who include investors responsible for assets under management in excess of USD 18 trillion in global assets.
Over 500 delegates from the global governance community convened in Paris for the ICGN Annual Conference this week and members joined the General Meeting following the event. In her concluding remarks at the meeting Christianna Wood, ICGN Chairman of the Board of Governors said, “We are fortunate to have three new Board members, each of whom brings experience, unique expertise and geographical diversity to the Board.”
