Sjoerd Eisma joins RGNV Supervisory Board

On 19 August 2010, Sjoerd Eisma (61) joined the Supervisory Board of Robeco Groep N.V. Mr. Eisma was a partner at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek until April of this year. Previous functions include being a member of the Supervisory Board of Rabobank Nederland; Professor Extraordinary in Banking and Securities Law at the University of Leiden and Amsterdam; member of the Capital Market Committee of the AFM and Secretary General to the Securities Issuing Institutions Association [VEUO]. He is a member (Chairman) of the Supervisory Board of HAL Holding N.V. and of Grontmij N.V., and Vice-Chairman of the Board of the foundation Holland Financial Centre.

The Supervisory Board has the following members: Dick Verbeek (Chairman), Piet van Schijndel (Vice-Chairman), Bert Bruggink, Sjoerd Eisma, Gilles Izeboud and Philip Lambert.
