The net asset value per participating unit of Robeco Private Equity amounted to EUR 149.21 as at 31 December 2006. The development of net asset value, price and premium/discount (price relative to the net asset value) per participating unit of Robeco Private Equity is shown below:

30 June 2006: net asset value EUR 139.16, price EUR 133.00, discount 4.4%
30 September 2006: net asset value EUR 147.79, price EUR 139.00, discount 5.9%
31 December 2006: net asset value EUR 149.21, price EUR 136.30, discount 8.7%
