Net asset value Robeco Private Equity

The net asset value per participating unit of Robeco Private Equity amounted to EUR 92.25 as at 30 September 2009. The development of net asset value, price and premium/discount (price relative to the net asset value) per participating unit of Robeco Private Equity is shown below:

31 March 2009: net asset value EUR 78.53, price EUR 45.00, discount 42.7%
30 June 2009: net asset value EUR 84.82, price EUR 48.50, discount 42.8%
30 September 2009: net asset value EUR 92.25, price EUR 69.10, discount 25.1%
