Dividend announcement Robeco Interest Plus Funds and Robeco Capital Growth Funds

ANNOUNCEMENT

At the respective Annual General Meetings held on 27 November 2008 it was decided to pay the following dividends in cash over the financial year 2007/2008, ended 30 June 2008.

As the following share classes are to be considered as In Scope for distributions within the meaning of the Savings Directive as transposed into Luxembourg law, a taxable income per dividend (TID) as given below is included in the dividend.

Robeco Interest Plus Funds – Robeco Flex-o-Rente – Class E EUR
(ISIN = LU0230834854): a dividend of EUR 0.38 per share.
A taxable income per dividend of EUR 0.03531567 is included in the dividend.

Robeco Capital Growth Funds – Robeco Global Bonds – Class E EUR
(ISIN = LU0243181251): a dividend of EUR 8.94 per share.
A taxable income per dividend (TID) of EUR 0.84949837 is included in the dividend.

Robeco Capital Growth Funds – Robeco High Yield Bonds – Class E EUR
(ISIN = LU0243182812): a dividend of EUR 6.92 per share.
A taxable income per dividend (TID) of EUR 1.16909671 is included in the dividend.

Robeco Capital Growth Funds – Robeco Divirente VaR4 – Class E EUR
(ISIN = LU0272443515): a dividend of EUR 2.28 per share.
A taxable income per dividend (TID) of EUR 0.15298756 is included in the dividend.

The dividends will be payable as from 12 December 2008. The record date is 4 December 2008 and the shares will be quoted ex-dividend as from 5 December 2008. Dividends not collected within five years will lapse and accrue for the benefit of the Company in accordance with Luxembourg law.
