Interim dividend Robeco Hoog Dividend Onroerend goed N.V.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Robeco Hoog Dividend Onroerend Goed N.V. will distribute an interim dividend for the 2008 financial year. This interim dividend will amount to EUR 0.40 per share which is approximately 2.9% of the share’s price (EUR 13.66) as at 14 October 2008

Robeco Hoog Dividend Onroerend Goed shares will be quoted ex dividend for the dividend of EUR 0.40 on the stock market of Euronext Amsterdam N.V. from 17 October 2008. The dividend will be payable on 24 October 2008.

Robeco Hoog Dividend Onroerend Goed was established on 12 October 2004. It aims to distribute an interim dividend twice a year. The fund selects the best global real-estate stocks with a high dividend return. Its assets under management currently amount to EUR 42.8 million.

Earlier in the financial year 2008 a dividend of EUR 1 was also distributed.
