Net Asset Value Robeco Private Equity

ANNOUNCEMENT

The net asset value per participating unit of Robeco Private Equity amounted to EUR 151.96 as at 31 March 2008. The development of net asset value, price and premium/discount (price relative to the net asset value) per participating unit of Robeco Private Equity is shown below:
30 September 2007: net asset value EUR 167.96, price EUR 140.00, discount 16.6%
31 December 2007: net asset value EUR 163.95, price EUR 140.00, discount 14.6%
31 March 2008: net asset value EUR 151.96, price EUR 130.00, discount 14.5%

Participants in Robeco Private Equity will receive a capital distribution of EUR 13.90 per participating unit. The payment will be made on 25 April 2008 and the ex-date is 22 April 2008. Please refer to the press statement released on 10 April 2008 for more information.
