ROBECO CAPITAL GROWTH FUNDS – ROBECO EUROPEAN CONSERVATIVE EQUITY – CATEGORY B EUR SHARES

ROBECO GLOBAL BONDS – CATEGORY B EUR SHARES

The board of directors of Robeco Capital Growth Funds (SICAV) has decided to distribute the following interim dividends in cash for the 2007-2008 financial year.

Robeco Capital Growth Funds – Robeco European Conservative Equity – category B EUR shares (ISIN = LU0312334617) 
An interim dividend of EUR 0.88 per share. This is equivalent to a distribution of about 1% of the share price on 7 March 2008.
Robeco European Conservative Equity – B EUR shares are to be considered as out of scope for distributions within the meaning of the European directive 2003/48/EC of 3 June 2003 on taxation of savings income in the form of interest payments (the ‘Savings Directive’) as transposed into Luxembourg law, based on the prospectus dated October 2007.

Robeco Capital Growth Funds – Robeco Global Value Equities – category B EUR shares (ISIN = LU0203975197) 
An interim dividend of EUR 0.98 per share. This is equivalent to a distribution of about 1% of the share price on 7 March 2008.
Robeco Global Value Equities – B EUR shares are to be considered as out of scope for distributions within the meaning of the European directive 2003/48/EC of 3 June 2003 on taxation of savings income in the form of interest payments (the ‘Savings Directive’) as transposed into Luxembourg law, based on the prospectus dated October 2007.

Robeco Capital Growth Funds – Robeco Global Bonds – category B EUR shares (ISIN = LU0213547838)
An interim dividend of EUR 0.97 per share. This is equivalent to a distribution of about 1% of the share price on 7 March 2008.
In relation to the European directive 2003/48/EC of 3 June 2003 on taxation of savings income in the form of interest payments (the 'Savings Directive’) as transposed into Luxembourg law, a taxable income per dividend (TID) of EUR 0.09128632 is included in the interim dividend of Robeco Global Bonds – B EUR shares.

The interim dividends will be payable as of 25 March 2008. The record date is 13 March 2008, and the shares will be quoted ex dividend from 14 March 2008.
Robeco European Conservative Equity – B EUR shares, Robeco Global Value Equities – B EUR shares and Robeco Global Bonds – B EUR shares aim to distribute dividend four times a year. The planned dates (ex dividend date / payment date) for 2008 are:
- 13 June 2008 / 20 June 2008
- 12 September 2008 / 19 September 2008
- 14 December 2008 / 21 December 2008
