The net asset value per participating unit of Robeco Private Equity amounted to EUR 167.96 as at 30 September 2007. The development of net asset value, price and premium/discount (price relative to the net asset value) per participating unit of Robeco Private Equity is shown below:

31 March 2007: net asset value EUR 162.48, price EUR 131.00, discount 19.4%
30 June 2007: net asset value EUR 170.95, price EUR 149.80, discount 12.4%
30 September 2007: net asset value EUR 167.96, price EUR 140.00, discount 16.6%
