Why do you have a passion for your field?

I am responsible for various distribution channels that sell Robeco products. My job is varied and contemporary. I enjoy the constant search for new sales possibilities. I can do that creatively, because I am given a great deal of freedom. New ideas are always taken seriously.

How do you consider Robeco to be ambitious?

In the staff and the way processes are set up. Robeco brings out the ambition in me. I want to achieve a profitable solution for Robeco and for the channels. The trust I have established among my clients is equally important as my professional knowledge.

Involvement and craftsmanship come first with The Investment Engineers. How do you see that reflected in your work?

My colleagues are very involved. Not just the people I work with in my department, but colleagues in other departments. You see craftsmanship throughout Robeco. From reception to the legal department. Robeco has in-house specialists for every conceivable discipline. I can always turn to an expert colleague.
