Low costs
Low costs contribute to making a pension plan effective. Smart Pension offers low and transparent implementation costs for you as an employer. Everything is clearly specified per participant and discussed and arranged with you in advance. The size of the Robeco PPI means that specialized parties can agree institutional tariffs with you, enabling you to benefit from economies of scale in the form of low costs.
Robeco’s PPI charges a fee for administration, asset management and advice. In addition, the PPI can negotiate disability or life insurance. These costs and any special services are charged separately.


Relieves you of duty of care
If participants wish to deviate from the recommended investment portfolio, they can adjust their investments. The Robeco PPI has a statutory duty of care towards these participants and therefore checks annually whether investments are still in line with the investment mix that matches a participant’s risk profile. If the investment mix falls outside the bandwidths of what is considered responsible, participants will be alerted and invited to adjust their portfolio as recommended. As an employer you will no longer have to be concerned with this.

International pension solutions
The PPI is a product resulting from the European Pension Directive and is particularly suited to managing pension schemes for employees working in other countries.
