Appointment to Robeco Supervisory Board

Rotterdam, 12 February 2014 – today Robeco announces the appointment of Mr Jeroen Kremers to the Supervisory Board of Robeco Groep NV

Mr Kremers (55) is currently chief risk officer and vice-chair member of the managing board of Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. He started his career with the International Monetary Fund before taking up employment with the Ministry of Finance in the Netherlands, where he held various positions. Having returned to the IMF as executive director in 2003, he then joined ABN AMRO Bank in 2007. Mr Kremers was appointed member of the managing board of ABN AMRO in 2009-2010. Mr Kremers will have a seat on the Audit & Risk Committee and the Investment Committee at Robeco.

The Supervisory Board of Robeco Groep N.V. will now have the following members: Dick Verbeek (chairman), Bert Bruggink, Arjen Dorland, Sjoerd Eisma, Makoto Inoue, Yoshihiko Miyauchi, Jan Nooitgedagt and Jeroen Kremers.
