R.M.S.M. (Roderick) Munsters

Roderick MunstersChief Executive Officer Robeco Group

Roderick Munsters (1963) has been Chief Executive Officer of Robeco Group since 2009. He is also responsible for Robeco’s subsidiaries Transtrend and Harbor Capital advisors.
 
From 2005 until 2009 Roderick Munsters was member of the Executive Board and Chief Investment Officer of APG All Pensions Group. From 1997 until 2005 he was a member of the Executive Board (Investments) of PGGM. From 1989 until 1997 he held a range of positions at the investment department of Insurance Company Interpolis.
 
Roderick Munsters is a member of the Capital Markets Committee of Dutch regulator Authoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM). He was Chairman of Eumedion (the Dutch Corporate Governance Forum) from 2006 until 2009. He is currently a member of the Board of Holland Financial Centre and of Boijmans van Beuningen Museum.
 
Roderick Munsters graduated from the University of Tilburg in 1988 with a degree in Corporate Finance, and one in Financial Economics in 1992.

L.M.T. (Leni) Boeren

Leni BoerenChief Operating Officer Robeco Group

Leni Boeren (1963) is Chief Operating Officer at Robeco Group since 2009 and responsible for the company’s asset management activities in the US and Switzerland. She has been a Member of the Management Board of Robeco Groep N.V. since 2005. She started her financial career in 1983, and has held various positions at Paribas, Rabobank, Robeco Group, Amsterdam Exchanges N.V. and Euronext.

Leni Boeren headed Robeco’s marketing and product management department from 1992 to 1997. From 1997 to 2000 she was a member of the Board of Directors of Amsterdam Exchanges N.V., and was appointed member of the Executive Committee of Euronext N.V. in 2000, responsible for Marketing, Product development and Sales, and in 2003 responsible for the business unit Information Services, a position she held until 1 January 2005.

Leni Boeren is a member of the Board of Amsterdam Sinfonietta, member of the Board of Kunsthal Rotterdam, Chairman of the Board of Dutch Fund & Asset management Association (DUFAS), Member of the Supervisory Board and the Remuneration Committee of N.V. Nuon Energy, and Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Tergooiziekenhuizen Blaricum-Hilversum.

Leni Boeren holds a Master degree in Business Administration from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. She is registered with the Dutch Securities Institute.

H.D.W.G. (Hester) Borrie

Hester BorrieHead of Global Distribution & Marketing Robeco Group

Hester Borrie (1969) is Head of Global Distribution & Marketing at Robeco. She is also responsible for Canara Robeco in India.
 
Hester Borrie has been a Member of the Management Board of Robeco Groep N.V. since 2009.
 
She started her career in 1994, at MeesPierson N.V., in the Corporate Finance & Capital Markets department. In 1998, she joined Morgan Stanley Investment Management and held various sales and marketing related positions in the Netherlands and Scandinavia. From 2006 to 2009, Hester headed the EMEA sales division at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
 
Hester Borrie is a member of the Economic Development Board Rotterdam (EDBR), and of the Advisory Board of the University of Amsterdam, Faculty of Economics and Business.
 
She holds a Master degree in Economics (cum laude) from the University of Amsterdam (1994).

H.A.A. (Hans) Rademaker

Hans RademakerHead of the Investment Division Robeco Group

Hans Rademaker (1962) is head of the Investment Division at Robeco Group. He joined Robeco and its Management Board in 2010.
 
From 2005 to 2010 Hans Rademaker was Director of Fiduciary Management at Kempen Capital Management. Until 2005 he held a range of positions at MnServices, the last one as Chief Investment Officer. Hans Rademaker was involved in the founding of Transtrend. He started his career at Van Lanschot Bankiers in 1987.
 
Hans Rademaker is an external advisor to the Investment Committee of S.B.Z, member of the Supervisory Committee at the Instituut Coolsma and is a book reviewer of NPN Magazine.
 
He holds a degree in Econometrics from the University of Tilburg.

J.B.J. (Jurgen) Stegmann

Jurgen StegmannChief Financial Officer Robeco Group

Jurgen Stegmann (1960) is Chief Financial Officer at Robeco Group. He joined the Management Board of Robeco Groep N.V. in 2011.
 
At Robeco, Jurgen Stegmann is responsible for Group Corporate Development and Business Control, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Risk Management. He has 25 years of experience in banking, and was a boardroom consultant for three years before joining Robeco in 2011. From 2000 to 2008 he was vice chairman and chief risk officer with NIBC NV. He was member of the managing board (as from 1998) and managing director Risk Management with Fortis Bank Nederland B.V. where he worked from 1996 to 2000. He held various positions within MeesPierson N.V. including head of Corporate Banking Division from 1984 to 1996.
 
Jurgen Stegmann is member of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee of Woonstad Rotterdam.
 
He holds a Master degree in Finance from the University of Tilburg (1990) and in Law from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam (1982).
